These are pre-launch terms for Cricketin. They set basic rules for use of the site. The owner must add the real legal details and get a lawyer to review them before launch.

We give general facts. It does not give personal legal, tax, money, health, or gambling advice. It does not promote online money games.

Finish the legal details before launch

Terms need a real site owner, a real contact route, and a real legal place. Our project record does not yet confirm these facts. We will not make them up.

The legal name behind the site, the governing law, the dispute route and the start date of these terms are not published yet, and we print none of them until they are true and checked.

Use the site for information

By using this site after these terms go live, you agree to use it in a lawful way. If you do not agree, do not use it.

We publish information for readers in India, and nothing more. It explains cricket, online-game law, risk, privacy, and related topics. It is not a place to bet, open a money-game account, get an app file, or make a payment.

You must be 18 or older

We talk about money risk and gambling harm. These terms set an age rule of 18. If you are under 18, do not use the site or send us data.

This is a use rule. It does not mean the site checks age. The age gate stores your answer in your own browser and sends nothing to us; no form, counter or ad tool collects age data, because none of those runs here.

The DPDP Act has extra rules for data about a child. Section 9 of the MeitY Act text is the key source.

The site gives facts, not personal advice

We do not know your money, tax, health, location, or legal facts. Do not treat an article as advice for your own case. Ask a trained person who knows your facts when you need advice.

Law and tax can change. A maths sum is a teaching sum, not a promise of a result. A help page cannot replace urgent care.

We do not promote online money games

We do not name, rank, review, link to, or back online money-game operators. We do not show promo codes, bonus offers, APK files, payment steps, or calls to play.

Section 6 of the PROG Act bars ads that directly or indirectly push a person to play an online money game. Read section 6 in the official Act text.

Do not use this site to push, sell, or help a money game. This rule covers messages, links, and any future comment tool.

Use our content fairly

You may read this site for your own lawful use. You may share a page link. You may quote a short, fair part where law allows, with a clear link back.

Do not copy whole pages, tables, or the site design. Do not remove source links, byline notes, fix notes, or risk words. Do not use automatic tools that put too much load on the site.

Ownership and licensing of the text, logo, code and images is not set out here yet.

Do not misuse the site or contact route

Do not try to break site safety. Do not send malware, spam, threats, or phishing through a form or email. Do not pretend to be another person or a public body.

Do not use the site to collect data about other people without a lawful reason. Do not use the Cricketin name to imply that an operator is backed by this site.

We aim for care, not a guarantee

We aim to keep pages clear and well sourced. Yet a source can change, a link can fail, or an error can remain. We do not promise that every page is always full, current, or free from error.

We do not promise a money, legal, health, or other result from use of the site. Check official sources and get advice for your own facts. Report a major error through the Corrections Policy and Log.

A source link is not a guarantee

Our privacy policy and cookie page describe the site as audited today, and both name what is still unpublished. Where consent is used, the DPDP Act needs clear notice and clear consent.

Show major term changes and add the right law

The owner may change the site for safety, law, or upkeep. A major change to these terms must be easy to see. It must not be backdated or hidden.

The change process, the governing law and the notice route are part of what these terms do not yet state.
