What is not settled yet is named here too: the legal identity behind the site, a monitored contact route for data questions, and the retention period the host applies to server logs.
What we collect: the short list
Nothing you type, because there is nothing here to type into. The only form on the site is the search box, and it works inside your browser against a file of page titles; the query never reaches a server of ours. There is no account, no comment box, no newsletter and no upload.
Two values live in your browser, both written because you answered something: the choice you made in the cookie banner, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. Neither is sent to us. Our cookie page lists them with names and lifetimes.
What the host records
The server that delivers these pages keeps ordinary request logs: an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and the browser string. Every web server does this, and we use them only to keep the site up and to see abuse. They are joined to nothing else, and no profile is built from them.
Who else gets your data
Nobody. There is no analytics provider, no advertising network, no embedded video, no social widget, no tag manager and no third-party font. Scripts, styles and fonts come from this domain only, which is why this page carries no vendor list: there are no vendors to list.
Links to sources — a ministry release, a court page, a rulebook — are ordinary links. The site you click through to has its own policy, and from that point on it applies rather than ours.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives a person the right to ask what personal data is held about them, to have it corrected, and to have it erased. Those rights work against records that are actually held. On this site the honest answer to «what do you hold about me» is: your browser holds two values you can delete yourself, and the host holds request logs that identify a connection rather than a person.
What is not published yet
Three things are missing from this page, and we would rather name them than fill them with text that sounds right.
The legal identity of the party responsible for the site — the Data Fiduciary in the language of the Act — with a business contact for data questions.
A monitored route for a privacy request, together with how a request is checked and how long a reply takes.
The retention period the host applies to server logs and backups.
Until those are published, this page describes what the site does technically, which we can verify, and says nothing about the entity behind it, which we cannot. Our contact page is equally plain about the routes that do not exist yet.
Children
The site carries an 18+ gate and is not built for children. No tool here profiles or tracks a visitor of any age, because no such tool runs at all.
