Ananya reads the Act, the rules and the judgment, then writes down what they say for someone who is not a lawyer. Law and policy writing in Delhi since 2018, mostly on rules that reach ordinary consumers.
Every legal claim on this site links to the primary text — the Act, the notification or the order — never to a summary of it. Law pages are read back by Rajeev Sathe, and dated so a reader can see how current they are.

Ananya is not a practising advocate, and no page here is legal advice on your own facts. Law also moves: each page carries the date it was last checked against the source.
How a page with this name on it is checked
Ananya does not publish alone. Every page is read back by a second person before it goes out, and the byline names both. The standard both work to is in our editorial policy, and the method behind the numbers is set out in how we test.
